1.Lead design leader to correspond with multiple design function to create the visual design proposal for various projects with meaningful aesthetics.
2.Sense of current, future visual trends and ability to translate those findings into accessible insights in order to effect cross design functions, engineering and implement into final product.
3.Lead and review all visual design from concept to final hand-off to engineering, need to maintain the highest quality and set an example independently if need.
4.A visual design manager to leading all user-centered aspects of product design and development. This is a fast paced, collaborative position, where your work will represent the innovation solutions for all of the new products. |
需求條件：
Criteria |
1.At least 6 years’ experience in visual design lead.
2.Excellent insight interpretation and product planning from start to the end.
3.Strong talent on sense and create visual communication, able to sense visual trends and create own visual design proposal.
4.Ability to play leading role in interpretation visual insights and transform into visual design guideline.
5.Familiarity with all visual design guideline on multiple platforms such as windows, Android and iOS form desktop and mobile.
6.Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in oral and written English
7.familiar with Dreamweaver、3ds Max、Director、Flash、Adobe Photoshop、CorelDraw、Illustrator |
