1. Lead design projects from early concept through production, taking responsibility for creative output, schedule, and maintaining design integrity from start to finish.
2. Create breathtaking presentation deliverables that may include research summaries, sketches, user scenarios, product renderings, and appearance models.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, user research, interaction design, and R&D teams to execute on project goals.
4. Mentor and inspire younger designers on the team.
5. Keep design leadership apprised of project status and issues affecting projects for the design team.
6. Represent the design team in meetings and presentations to internal stakeholders.
7. Assist senior team leader with functional operation. |
需求條件：
Criteria |
(1)工業設計相關系/所畢
(2)具六年以上電子資訊產品外觀設計經驗,和一年以上ID設計團隊管理經驗
(3)需熟悉Pro/E, Corel Draw, PhotoShop, Illustrator等繪圖軟體。 |
