* Oversees the design research and innovative product design development for current & new product portfolio
* Manages and coordinates development of new innovative products and improvements to existing products or new digital lifestyle product lines.
* Continued individual senior level design output as well as team oversight throughout the innovation design development including time control, quality management and reporting
* Drives user experience and scenario thinking for innovative product and working closely with researchers and engineering team.
* Evaluates design ideas based on factors such as appearance, safety, function, budget, production costs/methods, and market/consumer characteristics.
* Mentorship and growth of individual members of the design team(UI & ID) including implementing effective feedback mechanisms, coaching techniques, project assignments and accountability. |
需求條件：
Criteria |
* BA or above on Design/MBA/Eng. degree, or equivalent experience is a must
* Min 15+ years' experience in interaction design, visual design or industrial design for consumer electronic product or computing devices.
* Proficiency in using 2D and 3D design tools for HW & SW concept generation
* Extensive design experience in managing interface/web design and mobile App. design are must.
* A strong understanding of HTML5 & Arduino prototyping tool is a huge plus.
* Effective & fluency bi-lingual (Chinese & English) communication and presentation skills.
* Must have the knowledge of intellectual property - invention disclosure, patent application and interpretation |
