Camera Optical Engineer X 4
Design new lenses, characterize and integrate into CMOS imager sensor based cameras.
Work closely with lens supplier for prototype design, evaluation and MTF testing. Drive development of advanced metrology methods.
Basic optical simulation capability(Zemax/CodeV/ASAP/Lightools/Tracepro) to run the optical simulation
Familiar with camera lens testing and develop appropriate test charts and methods for camera image quality evaluation
Work with the Camera design team for camera module integration
Camera Test Engineer X 2
Familiar with camera sensor/lens testing and develop appropriate test charts and methods for camera image quality evaluation
Develop, design and execute tests for camera validation at the system-level
Camera Test station (fixture & ATS) design, implementation and failure analysis, test DOE
Camera Test data analysis and review.
Familiar with image test software (Imatest/DxO analyzer/…)
DM
Camera Technical Program Manager X 1
An operational technical role for Camera cross function team and will take the ownership of :
Camera design, function and testing
Camera integration to the final system
Have knowledge in auto-focus, auto-white balance, and auto-exposure
Coordinate with cross functional teams to implementation design
Communicate regularly with management level on status update, risk management and program control
Camera Operation Program Manager X 1
An operational manufacturing/testing role for Camera cross function team and will take the ownership of :
Camera manufacturing process, test and IPQC control
Lead camera ramp readiness and troubleshoot all issues that impact volume and quality in mass production
Work with imaging firmware, tuning, and software engineers to properly calibrate the camera and define test plan
Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems
Specific hardware development and manufacturing process bring up is required
Have demonstrated knowledge of FATP components and systems, understanding key factors in both the development, qualification, and manufacturing aspects
Camera Supplier Quality Manager X 1
An operational quality role and will take the ownership of :
Quality control and Failure analysis of Camera key components(Sensor/Lens)
Lead the development of new suppliers or existing suppliers of Camera module to support increased capacity and/or new programs
Lead and support ramp readiness and troubleshoot all issues in mass production
Identify vendor quality risk and qualify 2nd sources.
Work with design engineering team in project development phase and make sure key component issues are monitored and solved timely.
Capable to work independently to define preliminary Sensor/Lens testing and quality requirements accordingly
Complete critical design quality test and identify potential risks
For DMs, the experience list as below would be PLUS
Experience with Camera ISP pipelines and optics knowledge
Solid understanding of Image Quality analysis tool: Imatest SFR/Blemish/RI/Optical Center calculation algorithm is preferred
Familiar with Lens focus tuning and module assembly process
Experience of Camera RAW Image analysis /trouble shooting is an advantage.
Familiar with DFM, DOE and Analysis of Variance will be a plus |
