․ Monitor and control A&P (incl. process)
․ Monitor and control rebate by channel (incl. process)
․ Monitor and control expenses (incl. process)
․ Reporting on demand(Top 10, product mix, expenses reports )
․ Assistance with special project(liquidation, capital reduction,etc)
․ Assist ERP system implementation |
