•Manage a team of FW engineers to make sure schedules/technical issues/performances are resolved and achieved.
•Lead regular FW R&D performance reviews with management teams
•Design/development the control and operating software for Electric Vehicle charger products
•Design, code and integrate software for an embedded Linux target (applications, drivers, uboot)
•Root cause analysis on failed units from testing or the field and driving towards resolution and corrective action. |
