•Designing, implementing, and improving EV charging systems.
•Understand technology roadmaps and make sure the team is well positioned to support programs. Drive priorities and assignments of team members.
•Manage a team of HW engineers to make sure schedules/technical issues/performances are resolved and achieved.
•Lead regular R&D performance reviews with management teams
•Own program communication and drive crisp and timely decisions, as well as working directly with key customers |
需求條件：
Criteria |
•B.S. in electrical engineering or related engineering field (M.S. preferred)
•7+ years developing electrical and systems, 5+ Management Experience.
•Highly relevant design leadership experience and track record
•Minimum 10 years, EV charging industry experience is preferred
•Exceptional analytical and organization skills, coupled with a well-focused attention to detail
•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technology to the customers
•Strong academic background and/or experience in the testing and analysis of EE components, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)
•Experience in developing EV AC charger |
