1.Responsible for designing and developing high power density (1000W/inch³) power modules, ensuring that product performance and reliability meet design specifications.
2.Conduct the design and optimization of planar inductors and transformers to meet high-performance and high-reliability requirements.
3.Provide guidance and assistance to the R&D team in solving technical challenges. For candidates with R&D management experience, this may also include managing the day-to-day operations and progress of the R&D team.
4.Participate in and drive the design and development of products related to high voltage DC (HVDC) applications, providing technical support for voltage conversion and stability of the products. |
