1. Responsible for creating and implementing initiatives for a plant designed to result in significant savings.
2. Be the first point of contact for all the activities linked with product, material and equipment changes
3. Drives and coordinates the plant portfolio for all Innovation Initiatives
4. Drives and executes together with local stakeholders actions to optimize product/material/equipment utilization
5. Maintain a close cooperation with GHC/EPM/Sourcing and visit Markets to obtain input for new innovations and value creation opportunities.
6. Secure perfect launch project execution challenging stop time and driving vertical start up.
7. Translate up-stream consumer needs to product functions and further to product design parameters/technical solution
8. Evaluate and validate new product solutions in all relevant aspects, such as consumer acceptance, product functionality, product cost, manufacturability, patent situation and product safety
9. Establish product specifications, incl. quality specification with relevant targets, methods and tolerances
10. Make sure to be updated on consumer needs, behavior and usage pattern as well as relevant consumer insights, trends, brand platforms, category and business needs.
11. Participate in basic R&D projects to deliver on the R&D platforms and improve state of readiness for future Innovation projects |
需求條件：
Criteria |
.University Degree within relevant working experience more than 5 years
. Proven strong product development capabilities and skill
. Fluent in English, both written and oral.
.Six Sigma Black Belt and proven strong Six Sigma coaching capabilities (nice to equip)
Technical / specialized knowledge：
* Profound knowledge of technical area within the development scope, incl. Product design and features, Technologies and Materials.
In depth knowledge in the product development process from consumer insight to launch. |
