•Managing the sales and customer relationship
•Pitch new clients and be able to sell the solutions
•Working with market development to establish creative strategies to stimulate interest, get meetings and grow pipeline
•Developing and maintaining key account plans that identify opportunities to deliver value
•Establishing a trusted adviser relationship that works to ensure customer’s overall satisfaction with our technology
•Proactively monitoring customer activity and providing insights and solutions to the client and our internal team’s to improve outcomes
•Strategic campaign planning to help the customers meet their objectives
•Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues
•Accurate forecasting and maintaining an up to date pipeline at all times |
需求條件：
Criteria |
•University degree in related fields;
•Proven sales management experience and sales record
•Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers
•Aggressive, result-driven, self-starter who works independently and proactively
•A good exposure to the medical device (IVD) industry will be a plus;
•Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment;
•Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese & English are required |
