1․Responsible for brand P&L and the success of the brand which includes analyse market trend and sales potential.
2.Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop a strategic & robust marketing plan to grow the brand.
3.Develop effective assortment, USP claims, pack design and price positioning.
4․Execute the approved marketing activities in line with brand strategy and objectives.
5.Ensure smooth and success new product launch executed achieving the defined business plan.
6.Work directly with Agencies (advertising, media buying, Research, POSM, etc) for briefing, executions and implementation.
7.Obtain consumer insights transforming into business opportunity building strong brands.
8.Being close to market (via sales join call) developing parametric marketing campaigns, instore communication and sales tools/decks.
9.Review the performance of existing product sales by channel as appropriate; submit recommendations for change in the market plan to secure achieving business target. |
